Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction with our services. You will be responsible for proactively contacting existing clients to schedule and conduct in-person Meetings. Your goal is to review their contracted services, address any questions, and identify opportunities to better meet their evolving needs.
Hours and Pay: During season (April to October) Position will be 40 + hours a week 7 days a week with scheduled days off. Pay will be based on experience. Off season ( November to April) is M-F 35 to 40 hours per week.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service, account management, or outside sales role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse customer base.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively plan and execute a travel schedule.
A self-starter with the discipline and motivation to work independently in the field.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
